Senolytics
FOX04-DRI — Selective Senescent-Cell Clearance
FOX04-DRI is a D-retro-inverso peptide originally published in the 2017 Baar et al. Cell paper as the first peptide-based senolytic. In senescent cells, FOXO4 scaffolds p53 in the nucleus and prevents the apoptotic program from executing. FOX04-DRI competitively displaces p53 from that scaffold so it relocalizes to the mitochondria and triggers selective apoptosis of senescent cells — while sparing healthy proliferating and quiescent populations.
It remains one of the most-cited reference compounds in cellular-senescence work and shows up across geroscience, fibrosis, and chronic-inflammation models.
- D-retro-inverso design improves protease resistance.
- Selective for senescent cells in published in vitro and in vivo models.
- 5 mg per vial · $110.
Adipose Targeting
Adiapoptide — Prohibitin-Directed WAT Vasculature
Adiapoptide is a bivalent peptide in the Adipotide / FTPP (Fat-Targeted Pro-apoptotic Peptide) class. The targeting half (CKGGRAKDC) binds prohibitin presented on white-adipose-tissue endothelium; the effector half (D-KLAKLAK)2 disrupts mitochondrial membranes once internalized, triggering apoptosis of the supporting vasculature.
Originally published in the Kolonin / Arap / Pasqualini program, it's used as a proof-of-concept for tissue-selective vascular targeting in obesity research and as a comparator molecule in adipose-pharmacology studies.
- Tissue-selective via prohibitin binding on WAT endothelium.
- 2 mg per vial · $65.
Immunopeptides
Thymalin — Thymic Immune-Function Research
Thymalin is a polypeptide complex extracted from calf thymus. Decades of Eastern European research literature characterize its effects on T-cell maturation, helper/suppressor (CD4/CD8) ratios, and age-related immune decline. It's a workhorse reagent in immunosenescence and thymic-involution research.
10 mg per vial gives plenty of headroom for short-cycle dosing protocols (typically 5–10 days in the published research).
- Reported effects on CD4/CD8 balance and NK cell activity in aged immune compartments.
- 10 mg per vial · $70.
Neuropeptides
PE-228 — TREK-1 Channel Research
PE-228 (also referenced as PE 22-28) is a short sortilin-derived peptide studied as a TREK-1 (KCNK2) potassium-channel inhibitor. TREK-1 inhibition in cortical and serotonergic circuits has been linked to fast-onset antidepressant-like effects in rodent models — the same mechanism originally identified with the parent peptide spadin.
It's used in neuropharmacology and mood-circuit research as a refinement of the spadin scaffold.
- TREK-1 / KCNK2 selective inhibition in published models.
- 10 mg per vial · $75.
Oral Formulation
5-Amino-1MQ Oral — NNMT Inhibitor in Capsule Form
The first oral capsule version of an existing peptide-solution vial. 5-Amino-1MQ is the most-characterized selective small-molecule inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT). Inhibiting NNMT preserves both NAD+ precursor and methyl-donor (SAM) pools, with downstream effects on adipocyte lipolysis and metabolic flexibility in the published research.
500 mcg per capsule. The oral format simplifies chronic-dosing protocols where reconstituted-vial workflows are impractical.
- Selective NNMT inhibitor.
- 500 mcg per capsule · $90.
